MAKE EVERY MOMENT COUNT

Volunteering with the Next Step Foundation (NSF) means becoming a part of a global movement for inclusion, empowerment, and social change. Our volunteers mentor, train, and support individuals facing barriers to education and employment, especially Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), youth, and women

When you volunteer, you do more than give your time—you help build futures. Whether you’re sharing professional expertise, leading a workshop, organizing events, or amplifying our mission through content creation, you are changing lives

Consider James, a visually impaired NSF graduate who found a career in data analysis after joining workshops led by our volunteers. His success is a testament to what mentorship, training, and opportunity can do.
