ALH Next Step Foundation is a non-profit organization implementing donor-funded programs focused on empowerment, digital inclusion, and employment pathways for youths, women, and persons with disabilities, with a strong emphasis on transparency, accountability, and value for money.

At ALH Next Step Foundation, our work supports Persons with Disabilities, women, and youth by providing them with tools they need to succeed in the digital economy and future of work.

Reporting to the NSF Project Manager, the Regional Coordinator (s) will serve as the lead NSF representative within the region and will oversee county-level planning, coordination, implementation, and reporting of all NSF-related activities. The role involves strong community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, Project reporting, and hands-on coordination of youth skilling, digital learning, and Readiness initiatives.

Project Overview

The Unlocking Opportunities project aims to enhance access to dignified and fulfilling work for men and women with disabilities through inclusive digital skills training, employment readiness, and technology-enabled livelihoods across selected counties in Kenya.

Purpose of the Procurement

The organization invites qualified and reputable suppliers to submit bids for the supply and delivery of laptop computers and computing tablets to support project implementation, including training delivery, staff workstations, and accessibility support for persons with disabilities (PWDs).

Supply Eligibility

Interested suppliers must meet the following criteria:
Legally registered business entity in Kenya (Company Profile including registration details and contacts)
At least 2 years audited financial accounts
E-Tims Compliant
Valid tax compliance certificate
Demonstrated experience supplying ICT equipment (minimum 2 years preferred)
Ability to provide manufacturer-backed warranty and after-sales support
Capacity to deliver within a two-week lead time
Compliance with ethical procurement, integrity, and anti-corruption standards
No conflict of interest with the ALH Next Step Foundation
